The personal data you provide both when registering on the Platform and through the forms provided for this purpose will be collected in a database whose controller is TestsUpp.

The request must include: Name, surnames, username or email, photocopy of your ID and request specifying your request.

TestsUpp guarantees that both organizational and technical security measures required by GDPR have been applied in order to prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access.

Data is stored on servers located within the European Union.

TestsUpp reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy, at its own discretion, motivated by a legislative or jurisprudential change.

Any modification made to the Privacy Policy will be published on the Platform at least 10 days before its entry into force. The user will receive notification of said change.
