In compliance with Law 34/2002 of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce, we inform you that the owner of testsupp.com and all its pages is Francisco Ruiz Roldán with ID 31015437Y, hereinafter referred to as "TestsUpp".

This is a platform accessible from the website testsupp.com, which allows you to create and use tests (hereinafter referred to as "Platform").

In the event that the user resides or accesses from any country other than Spain, they will do so under their responsibility regarding the legislation in force in that country since TestsUpp cannot ensure compliance with the laws of other countries either in whole or in part, so it will not assume any responsibility regarding non-compliance.

The contents of this website, including, among others, images, logos, graphics, texts or computer applications, whatever their format, programming language and form of representation, are the property of TestsUpp, or it has acquired the corresponding rights from their owners and are protected by laws and international treaties on intellectual property.

Total or partial use and reproduction, without profit, of its contents is permitted provided that the source is stated and in cases permitted in articles 31 to 34 of the Intellectual Property Law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12).

To register on the Platform it is necessary to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy.

By registering, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information, and to update such information through your profile or by contacting TestsUpp at info@testsupp.com in order to guarantee its relevance and accuracy for the total duration of your contractual relationship with TestsUpp.

You also agree to keep secret the password selected during the creation of your account and not to communicate it to any other person. In case of loss or disclosure of your password, you must change it or notify us through cuentas@testsupp.com immediately. You are solely responsible for the use of your account by third parties, unless you have expressly communicated (as indicated above) the loss, fraudulent use by a third party, or disclosure of your password to a third party.

It is not allowed to create or use, under your own identity or under the identity of a third party, any additional account to the one initially created.

The user acknowledges being solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations and obligations applicable to the use of the Platform and agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the website and services. TestsUpp will in no case be responsible for the use that the user may make of the website or services, nor for damages and losses that may derive from it.

Additionally, you agree to:

1. Not publish any content on the Platform that may be defamatory, offensive, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, offensive, aggressive, inappropriate, violent, threatening, harassing, racist or xenophobic in nature, that has sexual connotations, incites violence, discrimination or hate, or encourages activities or use of illegal substances or more generally that is contrary to the objectives of the Platform and that may infringe the rights of TestsUpp or a third party, or that may be contrary to good morals and public order.
2. Not infringe the rights and not damage the image of TestsUpp, especially with regard to its intellectual property rights.
3. Not open more than one account on the Platform and not open an account on behalf of a third party.
4. Comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use.

You can terminate your contractual relationships with TestsUpp at any time, free of charge and without having to explain the reason. To do this, simply contact info@testsupp.com.

In case of non-compliance on your part with these terms and conditions of use or in case TestsUpp has any real reason to believe that it is necessary to protect its security and integrity, that of users or third parties, or for fraud prevention or investigation purposes, TestsUpp reserves the right to limit your access and use of the Platform and/or suspend temporarily or permanently your account.

When it is necessary to carry out such termination, you will be notified about this decision so that you can present your explanations to TestsUpp. TestsUpp will decide, at its discretion, whether or not to lift the applied termination.

In the context of your use of the Platform, TestsUpp will collect and process your personal information. By using the Platform and registering as a user, you acknowledge and accept the processing of your personal data by TestsUpp in accordance with applicable legislation and as established in the Privacy Policy.

TestsUpp will try as far as possible to maintain the constant operation of the Platform 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. However, access to the Platform may be temporarily suspended, without prior notice, for technical, maintenance, migration or update operations, or due to supply cuts or restrictions related to network operation.

In addition, TestsUpp reserves the right to modify or suspend in whole or in part access to the Platform or its functionalities, at its discretion, either temporarily or permanently.

These Terms and Conditions of Use form the complete agreement between the user and TestsUpp regarding the use of the services.

TestsUpp may modify these Terms and Conditions of Use to adapt them to its technological and commercial environment, and to comply with current legislation. Any modification made to the Terms and Conditions of Use will be published on the Platform indicating the effective date. The user will receive notification of said change before its entry into force.

The Platform is hosted on servers located in the European Union.
